How does the monthly visit work?

Each visit is 90 minutes: a 30-minute group workshop on that month's topic, followed by 60 minutes of one-on-one help where residents bring their own devices and get personalized assistance.

What does The Phone People need from your facility?

Very little! We just need a common area to set up in, a scheduled date each month, and a point of contact on your team. We handle everything else.

We help with iPhones, Android phones, and tablets. Residents bring their own devices to the session.

Do I need to know anything about technology beforehand?

Not at all! We start from the basics and go at whatever pace works for you. No question is too simple.

We cover 12 topics over the course of a year: texting, photos, video calls, Wi-Fi, email, phone settings, organizing photos, maps, scam awareness, accessibility features, apps, and a Q&A session.

Is my personal information safe?

Absolutely. We do not assist with banking, financial apps, passwords, or account access. Your privacy and security are our top priority.
